The Brief
Working Airside this was a full design and build refurbishment of Northside House top floor.
The Client’s business partners required a fresh new accommodation area for their staff. An efficient programme delivery was essential to ensure the tenants could occupy the area as soon as possible.
The Solution
Working as Principal Contractor we completed this multi-discipline project ahead of schedule and to a quality we are extremely proud of.
The scope covered strip out, partition wall removals, M&E, flooring, ceilings, new kitchen and redecorations throughout.
