The Brief
Design and build a gym facility for our sister company. To create an environment with a high-end finish, bespoke to reflect the company branding, ethos and pursuit for a quality offering. An opportunity to express how good we are at construction and present our sister company with a platform and product they can be proud of. Building intelligence was key, with automated doors, cloud infrastructure and online booking systems to minimise admin and achieve a smart building with a high level of automation.
The Solution
High quality finishes including floor to ceiling glazing, feature walls and extensive mirrors. Investment in the best quality equipment including Olympic standard weightlifting racks, Concept ERG equipment, state of the art cable resistance machines and more. Creation of an adaptable space to tailor for high quality classes and personal training as well as open gym members.
A full recovery suite with sauna and ice bath available for all members in a relaxed environment to encourage rehabilitation and recovery.
