The Brief
Full design and build of the New Hamond/Korev Terrace at the Seat Unique Stadium. Elements of the existing area were not compliant and required demolition/removal. Fire strategy requirements were also mandatory.
The Solution
A new compliant fire exit/lobby and external staircase were installed as well as a new lawned terrace area to facilitate the Clients corporate entertainment ambitions.
