The Brief
A complicated multi-phased 5-month programme of works to refurbish Northside House. Working airside, with close liaison with the Client’s existing tenants to wholesale improve their accommodation. The scope comprised offices, welfare facilities, canteens and meeting spaces.
The Solution
Full time Site Management and Supervision was essential to carefully plan and sequence this project. Working airside, challenges were presented daily with regards to access, permits, security and logistics. Our team are exceptional when it comes working airside.
Every phase was handed over on time and the Client was able to move their tenants and business partners back into areas to keep operations live.
